Thai Kitchen started with recipes, ingredients, and hospitality that felt personal. The menu still centers on the dishes guests come back for: Pad Thai, spicy noodles, Panang curry, satay, hot soups, fried rice, and the sweet finish of mango sticky rice.
Founder Sasimonthon Ongartsutthikul opened the original Thai Kitchen in Maryland Heights in 1999. Years later, she returned to the same community with Thai Mama, Sasi Thai Market, and Sasi Wholesale, bringing the restaurant, grocery, and ingredient side of Thai food under one roof.
